Careerpilot is a free, interactive careers website tailored for students aged 11–19. It offers:

• Up-to-date information on hundreds of careers
• Guidance on qualifications, apprenticeships, university courses, and employment routes
• Personalised tools to help students discover their interests and match them to potential careers
• Regional labour market insights to show which jobs are in demand locally

🏫 How We Use Careerpilot at Springfields Academy

Careerpilot is embedded into our careers programme and is used in a variety of ways:

• In timetabled Careers lessons: Students explore career sectors, complete quizzes, and build their own career profiles.
• During careers events and workshops: We use Careerpilot to support discussions with employers, colleges, and training providers.
• For one-to-one guidance: Staff use the platform to help students identify suitable pathways and set realistic goals.
• At home: Students and parents can access Careerpilot anytime to continue exploring options together.
