Dear Inspector,

Welcome to Springfields!  We’re really glad that you’re coming to have a full and strong look at what we do and how we do it.  Our provision is fine tuned.  It is about making adjustments, making a difference and the enablement of young people with a diagnosis of autism to build safe independent lives, on their terms.

We’re passionate in our commitment to Autism and understanding the needs of our pupils.  We work in a dynamic environment geared to meet changing need, and breaking barriers so that our mission to build ‘safe independent  lives’ in a neuro typical world, is meaningful and possible, when contextualised against the diagnosed needs of our pupils.

We want you to enjoy being at Springfields too.  We value all our visitors and want all of them to take something positive away from a visit to Springfields that might help another child in another setting.

We look forward to working with you and discussing how we do what we do, and how we plan to further flex our provision to meet future need.

Yours sincerely,

Jon Hamp
